Third Consortium meeting held at JRC-IPTS in Seville

Members from all the partners involved in the OPTIMISM project consortium met at the Joint Research Centre (JRC) Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (IPTS) on 31st May-1st June 2012 to discuss the progress of the six Work Packages within the project, including assessing any potential risks and identifying mitigation strategies and agreeing on a work plan for the following six months.
The meeting also aimed to:
- Review the results the first task within WP 2 of the National Travel Statistics and agree on a precise plan for the submission of the Deliverable
- Discuss the details of the Megatrends, literature review, Delphi survey for WP3 and agree on a plan and strategy for a Delphi workshop to be held in Rome on 17th September 2012
- Elaborate on the work and findings from WP4 so far in terms of ICT solutions, analysis of FP projects and status of the interviews
- Elaborate on the modeling exercise for WP5, especially in terms of the Agent Based Model
